Filmmaking Planner - Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing our Filmmaking Planner! Please review the following shipping policy for details on how we handle the delivery of your Filmmaking Planner:

Order processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Shipping time
Delivery times begin once your order has been processed. Estimates may vary depending on destination, shipping method, postal delays, or customs clearance.

United States: Standard 8–10 business days, Express 6–8 business days.
International: Standard international shipping typically takes 8 –10 business days.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Tracking information
Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please select a tracked service if you wish to monitor your shipment. Untracked orders cannot be traced.

Lost or stolen packages
If you selected a tracked service and the courier confirms the parcel is lost, we will file a claim and reprint and resend your books.

Customs and import taxes
For US international orders, duties and taxes are shown at checkout when DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) is available. This means all applicable charges are collected upfront, so you won’t face additional fees on delivery.

If DDP is not available for your region, your order will ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), and any customs or import fees will be collected by your local customs office upon arrival.

EU orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Import VAT and any customs duties are the buyer's responsibility and will be collected by your local customs authority upon delivery. These fees are set by local authorities and are outside our control. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.

Address accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Returns due to incorrect address
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order. You may update your address until the order is scanned into dispatch.
