APRIL 23RD
99 Sleepless nights of painting basquiat - press night
Filmmaking Planner, a proud sponsor of Nineteen Productions, presents "99 Sleepless Nights Painting Basquiat" at the Greenwich Theatre on April 23, 2025. The play explores themes of mental illness and systemic racism, following Boris, a young painter obsessed with surpassing Jean-Michel Basquiat. As Boris isolates himself, his friend Nina tries to intervene. The production highlights the struggles of mental illness and draws parallels with famous artists like Basquiat and Van Gogh. The play aims to move audiences while offering comfort and hope.
We will be exhibiting our planners on the night with exclusive discounts on offer - come and say hi to the team.
